1. Overview

At Marketeze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding cancellations and refunds for our Pro subscription service.

2. Free Analyses

All new users receive 5 free analyses to try the service. No credit card is required for free analyses. This allows you to experience the full analysis functionality before deciding to upgrade to Pro.

3. 14-Day Cooling Off Period

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your Pro subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

To request a refund during the cooling off period:

  • Email us at hello@marketeze.ai
  • Include your account email and the reason for cancellation (optional)
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

4. After the Cooling Off Period

After the 14-day cooling off period, your subscription will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months.

However, you can cancel at any time from your account settings, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.

5. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through two methods:

  • Self-service: Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription
  • Email: Contact us at hello@marketeze.ai with your account email

Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again
  • Your data will remain accessible, but you'll lose access to Pro features

6. Exceptions

We may provide refunds outside of the cooling off period at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Extended service outages that significantly impact your ability to use the service
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Other circumstances where we determine a refund is appropriate

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times depend on your bank but typically take 5-10 business days.
