1. Introduction
Welcome to Marketeze. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Marketeze website at marketeze.ai and our AI-powered video hook analysis service (the "Service").
By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
2. Service Description
Marketeze provides an AI-powered analysis tool that evaluates video hooks and provides:
- A score from 1-100 indicating predicted engagement potential
- Detailed feedback on hook effectiveness across multiple dimensions
- AI-generated alternative hook suggestions
- History of your previous analyses
Important AI Disclaimer
Our AI analysis provides predictions and suggestions based on patterns in successful content. These scores and recommendations are not guarantees of performance. Actual video performance depends on many factors including audience, timing, platform algorithm changes, and content quality. Use our insights as one input among many in your content strategy.
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use our Service.
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
4.1 Free Analyses
New users receive 5 free analyses to try the service. No credit card is required for free analyses. After using all free analyses, users must upgrade to Pro for continued access.
4.2 Pro Plan
The Pro subscription provides unlimited analyses and is available as:
- Monthly: £7.99 per month (increasing to £12.99 January 2026)
- Annual: £49 per year (increasing to £99 January 2026)
- Lifetime: £129 one-time payment (increasing to £199 January 2026)
4.3 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4.4 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account loses access to Pro features but your data is retained
5.2 Refund Policy
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase for a full refund. To request a refund, email us at hello@marketeze.ai with your account email and reason for cancellation.
After the 14-day period, refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused analyses.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Service to:
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI models
- Resell or redistribute analysis results commercially without permission
- Submit content containing malware or malicious code
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Property
The Service, including its design, features, AI models, and underlying technology, is owned by Marketeze and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our Service.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the video hooks and content you submit. By using our Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service.
7.3 Analysis Results
The analysis results, scores, and AI-generated alternatives provided by our Service are licensed to you for your personal or business use. You may use these results in your content creation workflow.
8. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

- Your analysis history is stored securely and accessible only to you
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- You can export or delete your data at any time
9. Disclaimers
Service Provided "As Is"
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
No Performance Guarantees
Our AI analysis scores and recommendations are predictions based on historical patterns. We do not guarantee that following our suggestions will result in improved video performance, increased engagement, or any specific outcome.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
- Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any losses resulting from decisions made based on our AI analysis
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marketeze, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit to the Service
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page
- Updating the "Last updated" date
- Sending an email notification for significant changes
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You breach these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
